Management with Technology:
Engage OC Yacht Services to check on your vessel on a regular basis. Usually, yacht managers will visit your vessel at least once a month to check on the important systems - such as shore power connection, bilge pumps, state of the batteries - and probably after significant weather events to make sure pumps are working, canvas is attached, dinghy and lines are secure...and we can do that!
However, OCYS will take it a step further and recommend the use of IoT devices (client provided) to monitor essential systems, and provide us with remote monitoring - and you will have an app on your smartphone showing the current state of the systems!

"As Needed" Maintenance:
If upon a visit to the vessel (monthly or after a significant weather event), and work is deemed to be required, OCYS will provide an estimate of the repair or materials, and perform the work upon the vessel owner's approval.
The work is done on a "time and material" basis. Work done by OCYS will be billed at $60.00 per hour, with materials purchased with our "platinum level" Port Supply discount at West Marine or at MMI, and "passed thru" to the vessel owner - no markup!
If an outside specialist is engaged to perform the work, the vendors prevailing rate will be quoted on the estimate, and the time invested by OCYS to engage and manage the vendor will be charged ($60 per hour)
